UkrSibbank to Raise Its Authorized Fund to UAH 7,511,665,200
On August 12 in Kharkiv, the extraordinary General Shareholders Meeting of JSC “UkrSibbank” decided to raise the authorized fund of “UkrSibbank” by UAH 2,231,665,200.00 up to UAH 7,511,665,200.00. This will be achieved by increasing the number of shares with the existing par value through making additional contributions.
